Shipping Policy
All items are hand made to order so please allow up to 5 days for processing. All items will be posted first class using Royal Mail. Items can also be collected from Landford for free. Strict Covid safe collections will be enforced.
Refund Policy
Customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that he/she asks you to deliver the goods to cancel their order.
We can only accept returns on unopened and unused wax melts, candles, accessories and gift boxes. Goods that arrive with us in an unsellable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund.
Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
We do not refund for change of mind orders. We do not accept returns if you dont like the fragrance you have ordered.
