This is a medium sized sort of pendant, about 3.5 cm diameter. It’s made from pale pink fused glass, and has a vintage butterfly illustration fired into it. The glass is then set into a bronze metal bezel and hung on a 36″ bronze metal chain.

Description

 

This is a medium sized sort of pendant, about 3.5 cm diameter. It’s made from pale pink fused glass, and has a vintage butterfly illustration fired into it. The glass is then set into a bronze metal bezel and hung on a 36″ bronze metal chain.

Shipping Policy

I aim to post items within 24 hrs of receipt of payment, Monday to Saturday. (Due to Covid-19, I'm trying to limit trips to the Post Office to once or twice a week, so your order could take up to 5 working days to send out. If you need a very fast delivery, let me know and I'll arrange it!) Every item listed in my shop is ready to dispatch immediately. For custom orders, we can discuss a timescale before any payment.



UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class which usually takes 1-2 working days. If you'd like something sent special delivery, let me know!



International orders are sent by tracked airmail and usually take 5-21 working days to most countries, though the post office don't guarantee a specific date.

Customs duties and taxes incurred are the buyer’s responsibility. 



Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order a full refund will be given, so long as the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition. The postal charges will not be refunded unless I have made an error, or the item has been damaged en route.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you change your mind before I've sent out your order, let me know and I'll cancel it immediately with a full refund. Exchanges are fine within 28 days, so long as the item is returned in its original condition.
