Shipping is based on Royal Mail prices and delivery.
Obviously I want you to be happy with your purchase but if you encounter a problem please contact me ASAP.

If you are not happy with a product and wish a refund you will need to return it in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me to let me know it is being returned and why.
The only product I do not refund on is Earrings unless they are received damaged. I will need to see photographs of the damage.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of Earrings I cannot refund unless the product is faulty.
Products can be cancelled up until shipping, after this no cancellation can be made unless the product is faulty.
All returns must be in their original packaging.
