I use Royal Mail first class for delivery- if you would like signed for or special delivery, please send me a note.
My costs include postage and packaging.
I aim to ship within 1-3 days if the item is in stock and 5 to 7 days if the product is out of stock.
If you require tracking, this is accepted but will be priced accordingly.
We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged in transit items, you would need to take this up with the courier/postage company to make a claim.
Refunds will only be issued if the items are deemed to be faulty by my manufacture. All products must be sent back or returned to me in the the original packaging.
Refunds can only be issued within the first 7 days (distance selling act) and 14 days if faulty.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations and returns can be arranged within 7 days (distance selling act) 14 days if faulty. Replacement goods can be arranged, however, if they are out of stock, I will need to make new and due to the nature of my product, the replacement will not be exactly the same.
