Shipping Policy
I aim to post out premade items within 2-3 days using royal mail 1st class post. Custom made items will take longer to be dispatched, usually within 3-5 days. Collection from market is also available.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 5 days of receipt of goods and I will do my best to work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
