Shipping Policy
If your Item Is local to the Southampton or test valley or Winchester area I can arrange a delivery of your item by hand with in 2-5 days of purchase. In normal circumstances. But because of the corona virus travel restrictions its advised all items are posted by royal mail in order to reduce travel. I offer free first class UK shipping. if you require this to go aboard please contact me with the address, and I can arrange payment information I use the royal mail for all deliveries. I charge extra if the item requires gift wrapping. I make origami hand made gift boxes for items to go in, giving the gift that extra finishing touch. there is a £4 charge for this service.
Refund Policy
Because of the nature of these items I can not accept refunds on the following items
- custom or personalized gifts
- gifts made to order, as supplies needs to be bought specially to make these items, if you require changes to color or size, or message 0n the gift please email me within 24 hours of your purchase so I can make changes to your order accordingly.
- any earrings can not be refundable, due to the nature of the earring hooks, I can not resell earrings as it would be unhygienic.
- If your bracelet is not sizes correct please contact me and I can resize your item, if you are not happy with the re sizing I can offer you a refund no problem.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
please contact me with in 24 hours if you require a color change or a personal message on an item to be changed.
I can not accept an exchange or refund on an item with a personalized message
I can not issue a refund on earrings as I can not re sell the item as this would be unhygienic.
If you are not happy with your bracelet size please contact me and we can arrange a refund , repair or resize, depending on your preference
If you require a refund or exchange, I do require the first item purchased back, before exchanging, In an instance were something needs to be exchanged swapped or returned the buyer is responsible for the post there end.
