Shipping Policy
I aim to ship within 2 days if the item is in stock and 5 to 7 days if the product is out of stock.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the items are deemed to be faulty by my manufacture. All products must be sent back or returned to me in the the original packaging. Earrings unless faulty cannot be refunded.
Refunds can only be issued within the first 7 days (distance selling act) and 14 days if faulty.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations and returns can be arranged within 7 days (distance selling act) 14 days if faulty. Replacement goods can be arranged, however, if they are out of stock, I will need to make new and due to the nature of my product, the replacement will not be exactly the same.
All items must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. Earrings cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty by my manufacture.
