Description
The hat, boots and arms are lightly stuffed with clean, hollow fibre, non allergenic, washable polyester filling. To launder, use a gentle machine or handwash and air dry.

Shipping Policy
Items will be posted within 1-3 working days by Royal Mail Second Class Standard delivery at £3.20 with postage costs combined if you purchase more than one item.
Commissioned items made to order can usually be shipped within 10 working days, but please check with Sue before placing your order to confirm the time needed to complete your item(s).

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if items are deemed to be faulty by my manufacture. All items must be sent back or returned in the original packaging. Refunds can only be issued within the first 7 days (distance selling act) and 14 days if faulty.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel custom orders.
