Returns & Refunds
How it works:
UNDAMAGED/RE-SALE-ABLE PRODUCTS
If you are not 100% happy with your chosen order, and wish to return it for a refund please do let us know within 3 DAYS upon receipt of product by contacting us at [email protected] stating the following:
Name
Address
Invoice Number
Reason for Return
Please return the product to us within 5 days of receiving it with it's original, undamaged packaging to:

Please note that all products must be securely package when returning, and will only be refunded if in a re-sell-able condition. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be credited. Unfortunately Customers are responsible for return postage. We do suggest for your own peace of mind that goods are returned by Tracked Delivery as we are unable to refund goods we do not received. It is the Customers responsibility to claim compensation from Royal Mail.
Upon receipt of the undamaged product we will happily issue a refund leaving you free to pre-order a different product. Please note that if payment was made by Credit/Debit Card the refund can only be issued to the cars used to make the original purchase. All refunds will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the products.
DAMAGED/ FAULTY PRODUCTS
In unlikely event that the product arrived damaged or faulty during transit please so let us know at
[email protected] within 3 Days of receiving the product with this information:

Invoice Number
Photograph of the said product.
Due to unforeseen circumstances that you are unable to email photographs we would request that you return the damaged product via Recorded Delivery within 5 days and in the original packaging for inspection. On receipt and inspection we will either issue a full refund and return postage cost or replace the product.
14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASED:
Claim of faulty or damaged item after 14 days of purchase will be process upon our discretion. Items with a reported defect as a result of acceptable and typical wear & tear or neglect or misuse will not be classed as faulty.
EXCHANGES:
We do not have policy in place for exchanges please refer to the above policy
