Each of my birdhouses is individual and made to order I am happy to consider to make a birdhouse for you it will take me a week to make

When we receive an order confirmation from you a purchase agreement is entered into. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contact.
a.Physical items - Please note that all handmade items are unique and one of a kind and not mass-produced. Item excluding bespoke items are posting without any charge, if you wish to alter/ cancel your order please contact us to check if the item has been dispatched, if the item has already been sent please refer to section 8 refunds.
b.Workshops – Please check your order before you book, you may cancel the order before the worksh0p place is confirmed, otherwise it is non-refundable except for if it is canceled (please read section 7 for further details.)
3. Customer information
You are responsible for the personal data that you provide to ensure that it is correct and complete. Please note that your data will be kept in accordance with the GPDR data protection regulations and will only be used for the purpose of contacting you about your purchase/activity. If you wish me to add your details to a mailing list please contact us saying that you give permission for your details to be added and used for that purpose. please also refer to my privacy policy
4.Prices, fees etc.
The prices indicated on this Website apply to orders placed on this website, include VAT where specified.
Prices include VAT and mainland UK delivery only. All prices are correct at time of going to press. We reserve the right to alter prices either up or down, including any variations to the rate of VAT.
Please note also that local charges (fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax,etc.) may apply such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded.
5.Special offers
From time to time we may, for specific products, offer more favorable conditions than those provided for in these General Conditions, for example with regards to the extended right of withdrawal or free returns. Such more favorable conditions are valid only for a limited duration of time until the specific products are sold out and maybe canceled by me at any time, on such occasions General Conditions will apply without amendments.
We reserve the right to alter prices either up or down, including any variations to the rate of VAT.
6. Shipping and delivery – ( art and craft items already made )
Products in stock will be delivered at the earliest convenience. The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. You may cancel the order if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you. (see 8a)
Depending on the delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We may also cancel the order if the delivery is not picked up on time.

7. Refunds workshops
Workshop places are nonrefundable unless the workshop is canceled, you have the option to transfer to an alternative workshop or receive a voucher towards another workshop or an item. For further details visit the workshop postponement and cancellation page on my website
8. Refunds - physical items
Please note that his only applies to items that have already been made and are not commissioned bespoke artworks and items that are delivered by post. Items that are collected or delivered must be inspected and checked and once taken are not eligible for a refund.
a.Refunds on items canceled before posting
When an order is withdrawn by you, we will refund the price that you have paid for the products
b.Refunds on items that have already been sent ( Please note this only relates to items that have been posted, if they are collected /delivered in person then items are sold as seen and are not eligible for a refund)
b1.You may return your order by notifying us within 1 week from the date that the products were ordered. You must then send a returns notification containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number, and a specification of which products that the withdrawal relates to, and photographs of the items before it is packaged for return.
Once the acceptance for the item to be returned has been made you must then also, immediately and within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification approval , return the withdrawn products to us at your expense.
b2..You are responsible for the condition of the products during return shipment we therefore strongly recommend that you send these well packaged, in the same condition that it arrived and in their original box and/or packaging. We also recommend that you use a tracking service with compensation cover for the value of the item that you are posting so that if the item is damaged in return transport you have evidence and can claim against the delivery company.
b3.Once the item is returned and providing the item(s) are still in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, Please note that if the item is not returned in the same condition, if it has been handled to a greater extent than necessary to determine its function or characteristics we will deduct any depreciation in value of the products.
We will pay the amount to be refunded as soon as possible and within 14 days of the withdrawal notification, once the items/s have been received. The refund will be paid with the same payment method that you used to pay the withdrawn products unless otherwise agreed.
