Refund Policy
I will endeavour to offer refunds if the product doesn't meet your requirements on return of goods in original condition.
All products must be sent back or returned to me in the original packaging (return postage is not refunded unless the goods are deemed faulty.)
Earrings, unless faulty cannot be refunded.
Please contact me within the first 7 days, (and 14 days if faulty) to discuss any refund.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any point up until the order is dispatched. After this point no cancellation can be made.
