Have you ever wished you could hug a loved one, one more time.
Do you want to have a special keepsake to remember a loved one by.
Then a memory bear could be just what you are looking for.
I make customised memory bears, you provide the item of clothing, or fabric or blanket, all you need to do is choose the style and size of the bear you would like , and leave the rest to me.
All my bears are stuffed with hypoallergenic stuffing which meet the safety and fire standards. You can choose whether you would like glass eyes, button eyes or safety eyes.
Prices will vary depending on the size of bear selected and the type of customisation required. All orders are quoted before any work starts to ensure all parties are in agreement.

Shipping Policy
All items will be posted within 1 to 3 business days of the order being received, if an item is out of stock then posting will be within 5 to 7 days of order being received, this is to allow for the item to be made.
I use normal Royal Mail for posting.
Should an order require urgent delivery I am willing to send overnight or signed for posting, however there will be extra charges for such services.
Postage rates will be as per Royal Mail charges.
I do not take responsibility for loss or damage in transit, should such occur please take it up with the postage company.
Refund Policy
I am happy to offer refunds on any items purchased, as long as the items are returned in the original packaging, unused.
If an item has being personalised or custom made, then unfortunately a refund will not be given.
Please message me with any concerns, I am always available to help.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item to discuss any refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations: I am happy to cancel any order, providing it is cancelled on the same day as the order was originally placed. Once an item has being dispatched cancellations will not be made.
Returns:
Any item that is not returned in its original condition, unused, resulting in any loss of value, such loss in value will remain the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.
