Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class to keep postage costs down, but let me know if you need a purchase delivered more quickly and we can sort something out.
I will post orders as quickly as possible but as I have a full-time day job I might occasionally need a couple of business days.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled at no cost before dispatch.

Changed your mind? I can accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping would be at the customer's expense. Contact me on contact.rbmade@gmail.com to make arrangements.
Item arrived damaged? Please let me know as soon as possible after receiving your order by emailing me on contact.rbmade@gmail.com and including a photo of the damage. I can either repair the item (if possible), supply a replacement if it is not a one-off (I can sometimes create something similar), or arrange a refund.
