I offer a variety of willow sculpture workshops including different animals and birds and garden sculptures

Create a willow bee sculpture
£65 ( 10am-4pm workshop) Date 21st May
Burley New Forest, Butser Ancient Farm and The Anvil, Basingstoke
A a great statement piece and unusual sculpture, you can create a honey bee or bumble bee or any bee of your choice.
- Date Saturday 9th July Venue: Butser Ancient Farm, Clanfield ( Between Petersfield and Waterloovile )
Create a willow hare workshop £80,
Saturday 25th June 10am – 4pm, Butser Ancient Farm, Chalton near Petersfield
Create a sitting hare, an animal steeped in mystery and storytelling, and a lovely addition to your home or garden. You can create your hare with its ears down and looking upwards to the heavens or ears up facing forward.
For all of my workshops
You will learn a variety of techniques including a variety of basketry techniques and freeform weaving to create your sculpture.
Please note if this is your first workshop using willow please note that working with willow can be tough on the hands so if you struggle with hand strength, pinching . twisting movements etc please do contact me in advance to chat about whether the workshop will be suitable for you to attend If your not sure it is best to attend one of my small activiites workshops creating items such as birdfeeders or dragonflies details of which can be found on my website www.jaxsarts.co.uk
