I use Canon camera and lenses. I’m a fan of early mornings and late afternoons, but I do take pictures at any time of day if the shot is right.
I use a variety of apps to help me with checking weather conditions, cloud cover, sun/moon position etc to try to get the shot that I want. Sometimes it may be that the right shot is planned months in advance to get the sun in just the right spot!
Once I have taken the shots, I will work on them for anything between 30 minutes and 4 hours, not substantially changing the image, but tidying it up and getting the tones and contrast right. I’m a big believer of printing as close to how the scene was at the time it was taken.
I print my own images on a Canon printer, using only genuine inks and high quality professional archival papers from Marrutt or Fotospeed.
The print is laid out in a fine art style, with a border around the image, slightly above the centre line. This is done for a number of reasons, including making the photo pop in the frame and to improve the print quality; some borderless printing does impact on image quality.
Once printed and dried, I spray image protector on. This increases UV and water protection.
The image is then mounted in either white or white on black core mount board, and I also add a full back to the mount. The print is fixed with acid-free art tape.


The print is then sleeved in acrylic and securely packaged to protect it in transit.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Allscape Photos does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) where appropriate. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Allscape Photos is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Allscape Photos​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​-refundable.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
