Shipping Policy
I use Royal Mail First Class for all deliveries. If you would like signed for or special delivery, please send me a note. The cost includes postage and packaging. I aim to post all orders in 1-3 days.
We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged in transit items. You will need to contact Royal Mail to make a claim.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed to be faulty by my manufacture. All items must be returned to me in the original packaging.
Refunds can only be issued in the first 7 days if faulty. You will be responsible for paying your own postage for returning your item and these costs are non-refundable.
Once we received your returned item, we will notify you. We will then inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will refund you via your original method of payment.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations and returns can be arranged within 7 days. A replacement will be arranged but due to the nature of my product, the replacement will not be identical.
