Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class to keep postage costs down, but let me know if you need a purchase delivered more quickly and we can sort something out.

Item arrived damaged? Please let me know as soon as possible after receiving your order by emailing me on contact.rbmade@gmail.com and including a photo of the damage. I can either repair the item (if possible), supply a replacement if it is not a one-off (I can sometimes create something similar), or arrange a refund.
